Went to get my L everyone was very nice and helpful with quick and reliable service

Came here for my road test, staff are friendly and helpful, the driving examiner I had was good, he explained everything I needed to improve on and answered any questions I had with detail, that'll help me improve my driving skills, I shall return here for future driving needs.

Called in to verify if i could pay outstanding debt and i can ...icbc has no online option and billed me for cancelled plan 1 day in though i tried for 4 days to cancel the plan was finally canceled 1 day into premium period so i pay icbc full amount then icbc sends me check for 29 days unused portion..meanwhile icbc attempted 6 times to withdraw from my account costing me 2x what original bill was in NSF charges...i had to rent 2 places because 1st one i mived to sight unseen was condemned and unlivable and landlady refused to reimburse me so i found a great place but was broke and had no funds for icbc...i explained this to icbc 7 times ...they refused to bend..but at least i am sheltered and AMC can accept my payment as soon as icbc sends me a bill at my new AD. Thank you in advance AMC

Great fast service

I called this insurance company to get a rider insurance policy to bring a new travel trailer from Alberta (where I bought it) back to BC. My regular insurance company BV Insurance in Houston said they couldn’t help me and left me high and dry. AMC Village had me a policy over the phone and fax in 15 minutes. These guys are the greatest. Good bye BV Insurance, I just found an insurance company that know what they are doing.

It's an ICBC office, same old stuff.

i took my drivers test here, twice. the first time i took it here the Instructor had told me the speed limit was 20 in town (because of the curvy roads) and this made sense to me because i was not from the area. the second time i took it the instructor told me the the yellow posted speed limits were not the law they were a suggestion. and that the speed limit was actually 50 km/h despite what i heard last time. The same instructor, also told me to make a left turn, and i knew that there was oncoming traffic, and so i stopped and then creeped forward about an inch to increase my visibility, and the driving instructor seemed to panic even though i had complete control of my vehicle, and i had barley moved. I was told this was the one reason i failed my test.
