I've had the pleasure of working with Mallory previously as a fellow wedding vendor (I am a floral designer) and she has always been organized and professional with a keen eye for design. She also clearly has great taste. So when I decided I needed to re-brand my company logo and redesign my studio space I thought she would be the perfect fit to help me translate my vision. I am so happy I did! Not only does Mallory possess great style she is able to pull out what you want when you don't have the words to explain. She put together multiple boards and inspiration photos to get the ball rolling and continued to refine and redirect my vision to keep me focused (I got easily sidetracked falling down the Pinterest rabbit hole). She has an acute ability to ask you what you want and decipher your jumbled dialogue into an actuality. She then acted as a liaison between myself and the graphic designer to bring the final logo design to fruition. She also consulted on colour selection and various other design elements within my studio space, again providing multiple boards and inspo photos. I honestly would never have been able to decide or communicate what I wanted without her and the results are absolutely spectacular! I would recommend Mallory a thousand times over on any design project!

Having previously worked with Mallory on various events, I knew that working with her for the most important day yet – our wedding – was a no brainer. We hired her to be the day-of-coordinator for our special day and she far exceeded our expectations! Our guests and vendors kept complimenting on how well put together everything was and that wouldn’t have been made possible in part without Mallory’s help.She was organized, prompt, personable + professional and was on top of all communication (with me + all the vendors), especially on such short notice. Mallory was everything we could ask for and more!My husband and I were planning our wedding from halfway across the world and found it difficult. Mallory is a very hard working individual with a creative talent and genuine personality. She is not only my friend, but my sister who is always dedicated to her work and always thinking above and beyond to help her clients carry out their dreams in to reality. My wedding was in Sept 2022 and we had Mallory for Month-Of-Planning and Coordination.Mallory is like an angel or a fairy godmother that every bride needs. She may be small but she is definitely heard in any and all rooms she enters and commands a presence. She’s amazing at what she does and she’s able to execute it all with grace, composure, calmness and a focused tailored-made-detailed-agenda. Oh and she has a very high-energy which is great because I absolutely trusted Mallory to keep everyone on their toes, in a good way. She is a person of her word, stays on top of things, is very organized, touches base but is never pushy and helpful with suggestions which is why I had every confidence she was going to do an amazing job and even above everything I ever imagined. Having her meant I could enjoy my day and all of its entirety by living in the moment and that is absolutely priceless.The wedding day went off without a hitch and sure flew by fast but it couldn’t have gone as smooth as it did or nearly as well as it did without Mallory and her meticulous nature. The wedding day itself is important for many reasons as there are a lot of moving parts with schedules, vendors, where certain things have to be, what time and place certain people have to be at and all the set-ups etc. However, the planning and coordination, time and effort, everything before that one day to go as smooth as it possibly can, that takes a magician, in this case, Mallory, to not miss a detail in somehow putting together that day-of schedule.I have such fond memories when I look back on this time and when I think about how much Mallory helped me. Not only did she help me navigate some of the obstacles that occurred during wedding planning which I will never ever be able to repay her for but we also laughed along the way. She supported me, gave me advice, listened to me talk and was just exactly what I needed. She made herself available and was so accommodating which is way way more than I could ever ask for, she went above and beyond her duty or any responsibilities.She was able to fight fires without me knowing before the wedding and even moreso on the wedding day and there are not enough thank yous I can ever say to you, Mallory. We’ve been on this journey for more than two and a half years together, through covid cancellations and multiple postponements. Thank you for being so accommodating and flexible with all the on-hold dates, back up dates and changes.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, MALLORY.

Mallory, you were beyond phenomenal. Joel and I don’t know how we would have managed without you. You took our wedding and pushed the experience to another level. Mallory, you took the load off us, the bride and groom, which was so helpful when there are a million and one things to remember to do. Mallory was first recommended to my wife and I by our wedding venue coordinator. From our very first phone call to interview her, we knew we'd found the perfect person to help bring our vision to life (in a narrow time frame of just over a month)!!! Our special day was absolutely flawless and picture perfect. She listened as well as gave suggestions along the way and that made us feel super confident and comfortable.
