Never had an issue, my kids LOVE going here they have learned so much

Called E4C the middle of July to get my son enrolled. Was told I’d get a call back within 2 weeks. After a month of waiting I still did not receive a phone call back, so again I called back and was told I just had to wait and a family support worker would call me. As September approached I tried calling a few different times to see if I can reach someone else and possibly get a different answer, it was always the same lady with a poor attitude who answered my calls, and would just say “they’ll call when they can” .It is now end of September and I still have not gotten a call back, and classes have obviously begun. So disappointing, and very unprofessional. Wasted my time trying to get my son here when I could have gotten him enrolled somewhere else.
