Excellent service. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our massages. We love it when the room is quiet and you can relax, tune out and just chill. It was so unlike some places where their masseurs keep on talking and whispering to each other. But not here. We appreciated their focus on.the task at hand and they did a great job. Definitely returning soon!

They are not registered. I wasn't able to get the therapist License number to bill to my insurance.If your English speaking only, good luck. They barely understand any English. Had to use Google translate, but he still didn't understand.The service was just okay, definitely not as good as other places I've been to. Okay if you just want quick service while in the mall, otherwise look elsewhere.

Hit or Miss. That's the truth. Sometimes you'll get an excellent masseuse and experience but sometimes, they literally don't care that you're there. The head guy there is so rude every time. I didnt tip because I had a terrible time and he came back forcing me to tip. Can you believe that? Despicable

Booked foot massages here and when we got here they didn’t even have enough workers for us. Both my friends are getting their foot massages while I sat in my foot bath waiting. Usually 10 or so mins is okay but after 30mins they still don’t even have someone for me. What’s the point in booking in advance and accepting us if they don’t even have workers. No point in getting mine done anymore since my friends will be long finished before I even start so I just cancelled it. Wasted my time coming to this trash. Don’t even bother coming here, you’re better off going to Yuen spaEdit: a guy, maybe the owner, did come up to apologize after finding out what happened I guess. Asked if I wanted to do half hr massage or 10 min shoulder or something. Literally leaving soon and too annoyed at this point to wanna do but that’s the update.
