TFA has really allowed me to grow as an individual.As someone who used to extremely nervous out in public, walked a runway.Everyone I have met through TFA has been amazing, the networking and the different people you get to meet has been quite the experience and the instructors have had an amazing impact on my confidence.Mandy is amazing at teaching you poses and how to walk. She really knows how to make people feel comfortable even if the poses make you feel silly or weird. Overall she is always a very fun environment.JC is very knowledgeable in so many things. From learning about different agencies to just working on your own and building your own portfolio.Basil. Has been nothing but patient with my nerves and has really helped me feel more confident in front of a camera. Not only that, I truly get inspired by his creative abilities when it comes to fashion.So many people I can list that have made an impact from photographers, make up artists, stylists and other models.

As a professional photographer, I am always looking to expand my horizons, learn new skills and explore new opportunities. I have thought of adding fashion photography to the list of my servicesand thought of fine-tuning my skills. I took a Fashion Photography course with Toronto Fashion Academy to focus on photoshoot workflow, composition, and light. It was just what I needed!TFA course not only allowed me to get an amazing mentorship from 2 of Toronto's leading fashion photographers but offered amazing resources for building and styling a great portfolio.The hands-on experience with photoshoots at Toronto's top fashion events was not only a career-defining experience but a great motivation and inspiration that lasted for years after completing the program.TFA will always be my great extended fashion family! I have been a part of TFA for a few months now, and I am incrediblygrateful to have found this perfect platform to help me navigate thedirection that was first extremely hazy in my mind. After the course,I now have a clearer grasp of how to make my passion a career.I've always known I had a fascination with fashion, but working withTFA for a while has helped me realize that there are a lot more skillsa stylist must possess in order to succeed in their field. I learneddiscipline and consistency from TFA. My experience with Toronto fashion Academy Has been just amazing the instructors are really outgoing and knowledgeable in their craft and skill that they bring to the classroom. The classes Are small but packed with knowledge and skill that you can use and grow as a fashion photographer. I have learned a lot from Anthony About how to build my portfolio opportunities with them.and working with Basil is awesome so much to learn from him I am always looking to grow and learn from experts in the industry...

At Toronto Fashion Academy, I was able to immerse myself in a world of creativity. The faculty and staff at the academy were knowledgeable and passionate about the fashion industry, and they provided valuable guidance and support throughout my time there.One of the highlights of my experience was the opportunity to work on real-world projects and collaborate with other students from diverse backgrounds. This allowed me to learn about different cultures and perspectives, and helped me develop my skills in teamwork and communication.In addition, the workshops and guest lectures from industry professionals gave me a glimpse into the world of fashion and exposed me to the latest trends and techniques. This experience allowed me to grow as a Stylist and helped me polish my brand.I am thankful for the education and opportunities that I received at Toronto Fashion Academy. I attended the fashion design workshop at Toronto fashion academy in the summer of 2022 and it was such an eye-opener for me in terms of just how much time and care one must spend to construct clothing pieces from different fabrics. For example my instructor, Steven Lejambe, was very knowledgeable about how to construct dresses from different fabrics from scratch, and looking for small mistakes that makes a dealbreaker regarding whether a piece is worth selling to customers (also learned a bit of fashion business too from that perspective).I also had a wonderful time gaining experience by helping out with TFA’s fashion runways and their photo shoots. Seeing the different roles of designers, stylists, models, makeup/hairstylists, and photographers allowed me to appreciate fashion more and how these roles contribute to creating art in a wearable form. I enjoyed meeting other students from TFA and the staff. Everyone is just so friendly and artistic and show unique individual expressions/perspective on fashion!

I enrolled myself in the Fashion Styling Workshop. Through TFA i was able to explore fashion styling in person and in theory. More importantly i was given handon oppourtunity to participate in reknown fashion shows and galas .JC and Basil do not let you feel like a new comed and help you adjusting to the set and backstage very smoothly. The faculty is professional and friendly and within very short time you are able to make friends with all the talented individuals and by the end of the program you are able to make your own portfolio. Highly Recommended!

I just wanted to share a quick note on my wonderful experience with TFA . It was a perfect course which I was looking for since 3 years and finally I found out with TFA . My whole experience was amazing working with the staff mainly with Jason, basil, pinal and fredsonn . I learned lot of techniques and gained practical knowledge working together on the field . TFA also helped in building up my portfolio . I would love to work in future together as TFA is just like a family .TORONTO FASHION ACADEMY IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW .Lastly I would thank Jason and basil for always supporting and guiding me .

TFA has curated a very well-rounded curriculum which enhances the classroom teaching with working opportunities with major brands. The exposure I am receiving from well known fashion stylists in the industry, learning from their experiences and their knowledge is helping accelerate my career path in the fashion industry. I am super pumped to be part of this team here. I would highly recommend this academy to any aspiring fashion stylist!!
