Basinview Animal Hospital

I took my Guinea pig Ellie here and discovered she likely had cancer. Due to her age there was not much to be done other than hospice care. I took her home with some pain medication and critical care and she enjoyed life for 3 more months! When the time did come I called Basinview and they were able to get me in that day to say goodbye to ensure she wasn’t in any pain. The staff there have always been amazing and I can’t thank them all enough for making my goodbye with Ellie as easy as possible.

As a new golden retriever owner I was very careful in choosing my vet. I used to go to Basinview a long time ago and the service is still amazing. I have nothing but praise for for the care my new pup (Gemma) has been getting. She has been here twice in the last two weeks and she absolutely loves everyone she's met here. On the first visit they just fit me in to ensure my little Gemma got her flea and tick meds asap. Miranda and Chad at this time couldn't have been any better to her and me for that matter. On the second visit Dr. Patterson and her assistant, (Renee?) were very helpful in explaining the vaccine process and Gemma couldn't get enough of them. My dog was so happy both times she tried to run back in when she got outside. They are all so kind and loving here. I highly recommend them and couldn't be happier with their services. We brought our dog to see Dr Amanda as a mass presented on his face. Our pup, already nervous of the vet from previous experiences is quite anxious. Both Dr Amanda and her Surgical assistant Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were so patient and provided so much comfort to all of us. Our dog is going to be just fine, but regardless of the outcome, this review would be the same as I am so grateful for the treatment and care our dog and his family received at Basinview.

I feel so grateful that I chose Basinview Animal Hospital as my primary vet care for my puppy, and I can't recommend them enough. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to ensure people know how great this animal hospital is. Every time I call, they are so friendly and helpful. When my puppy got neutered, they followed up via email and text to check in. Any questions, they were happy to answer or review pictures. I texted them on a Saturday night and they immediately replied with helpful advice. I highly recommend, and I wanted to express my appreciation.

Recently had to put our rat down, it wasn't easy. The vets that dealt with our little guy were so helpful and understanding. When the time came they were comforting and very respectful. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the care my dog rcvd today during her visit. Usually she trembles the entire time and today she did not. Also there was no wait time which makes a huge difference to someone with a trembling dog. That was worth the cost to me.

Service is perfect. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to caring for our pup.

I have a traditionally temperamental (fear aggressive) Yorkie. Our last vet were probably excited when we called to transfer paperwork. The staff at Basinview were lovely and accommodating even after I warned them my dog might bite.I just went in this morning with my dog and they were top notch. Very friendly and professional. They exuded calm to my dog and my dog responded in kind. We have never have a good vet visit before and today was the first. Thank you.
