Wash is decent when it's working, the touchless wash seems to be out of service from time to time with a pylon in front of the lane. I can't speak to the self wash bays but they always seem to be open when the automatic one is broken.Bumping up rating due to fast reply from the owner!

I used the wand wash bay and left a bit disappointed….First off the under belly jets don’t work when you pull in. ( I hit the green button outside and it did nothing). The soap setting on the wand provides very little soap ( basically none). The soap that comes out of the foam brush is blue and I dont know what kind of soap it is but it actually stained my hand blue. Took several hand washings to get the blue off.Lastly it’s pretty overpriced. I’m pretty sure they are charging a couple bucks a minute.The only thing this place has going for it is location which is close to my office.

I get the automatic $16 extreme wash which used to be called the Truck wash, I have done it a couple times before and found it to be satisfactory… this time it was terrible. Not worth more than a $9 Co-op automatic wash. Left dirt on tale gate, didn’t even touch the bug guts, and dirt on the sides of my truck. I will not be returning. Big waste of money, owners must be skimping and programmed the wash for the bare minimum. Co-op extreme leaves my truck looking way nicer for less money.Edit: now that owner has responded, my truck did not have heavy dirt, and for cheaper coop offers bug pre spray, and does a better job.

These crooks triple billed my credit card from what was displayed on the card reader display. Display read $4.00 and the credit card charge was $12.00. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the display and they don't provide a receipt. DO NOT GO HERE!Additional - It has been 4.5 days since I used your car wash. I sill have the $12 transaction on the card. I did press X" on the card reader to stop the transaction. This is when I saw the actual charge of $4. I would love for this triple charge to not be so... But is just may be..Adding - After a week the triple charge still appears on my card and is no longer pending. While their explanation sounds reasonable I find it to be completely misleading

Credit card reader didn't work with both of my credit cards. No one on site to help (Sunday afternoon) Left without a car wash.

Save your money go a block further to the better cars wash. I find there never soap for the brushes when I've gone here and got to preload my car today then had to back out of the stall and go in a different one to wash because the coin slot stopped working. But no attended to help or talk to so the stall just gets to keep taking ppls money.

Did the self serve and the coins wouldn't work, I am certain that the card reader charges more as what is always a $4 wash was $8 here. Then when I used the vacuum (surprise surprise, my coins that didn't work in the car wash worked in the vacuum) it had almost no suction. It couldn't get rid of pet hair, grass seeds, sand, or any of the pebbles. I had to pick stuff up and feed it into the hose because the suction was so poor.Really unpleasant experience, this car wash is a rip off.

Best car wash in South East Calgary! They have automatic and hand wash stations, with a variety of payment options, including tap. Love that they have vacuums inside and out so I can clean every corner.

I have gone here quite a few times. The facilities are nice however, i find that i keep getting over charged. No matter the time i spend with the wand wash i get a $15 charge on my credit card. Most recently i washed my car, maxed out the timer and ran another cycle for finishing the rinse on my car. When i checked my statement i was charged twice a full rate at $15 dollars. I have been suspcious a few times, however, with the back to back cycle its clear there is some funny business going on with getting billied. Not happy with being rippped off and its more annoying to have to constantly get this corrected and adjusted not worth the hassel and to expensive with constant full charges.Be Careful

This place just gets worse. Nothing wrong with hiking prices if the equipment jets and soaps do their job, but as you can see from the pictures this is a result of a $16 car wash. As much as I hate government these car washes should be regulated so they don't rip customers off for lousy maintenance.
