We decided to go through indoor energy solutions for our heat pumps and its only day one but omg we are so happy. Not just with the units but with the crew that installs. Very tidy, respectful, and just an all around great people. They explained everything so well. I would highly recommend. Very happy with Indoor Energy Solutions. My duct needed cleaning and mu air exchanger was not operating properly. Vent were cleaned thoroughly and they installed a new unit. At the end they took the time to show me how the new unit including digital panel worked as well as the inside of the machine and how to clean the core and filters. I would give this company 2 thumbs up and would recommend them for your HRV needs. Very efficient.

Thank you so much, we are very happy with the overhaul of our oil-fired forced air system.A few years ago, when we moved into our house Indoor Energy cleaned an enormous amount of debris from our duct system. This debris was leftover from the previous owners.Over the previous winter our oil-fired furnace required several service calls to keep the old unit limping along. We decided in the spring that it was time for a change and Indoor Energy Solutions was there with friendly service, knowledgeable staff and always ready to answer our questions.Very tidy and organized, they left our house in a cleaner condition than they found it, superb work.Give Jay, Eddie, and Alanna a call to improve your house’s comfort.

Had an HVAC cleaning done by this company, and the two techs that did the job were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what the process is and afterwards, showed us some really impressive before and after photos. Really pleased with how clean everything looks, and they moved all the furniture back into place when they were done. Thank you!!

Very professional and obliging business. We needed a new air exchanger and the two installers were great! No mess. No bother. Very pleased with the timely service and tidy installation. They also took time to explain its function and settings. They cleaned our ducts as well. We'll be booking them for any maintenance and cleaning in the future.

Allana assisted with unit selection to be sure we were able to get the available rebates and assisted in the NSP financing all set up. Eddy and Josh did the install and were professional very knowledgeable. Super happy with the entire process. My house provided some challenges but the crew figured it out and it looks and works great!!!

Great company to deal with. Had them come out to clean a unit they did not install. Took the time to go over things with me and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend these guys for cleaning or an install. You will be in good hands with these guys!

I have previously reviewed this company and given them five stars. This, sadly, has changed and I have removed that favourable review.Recently I had my ducts cleaned for the third time with them. Previously, I found they provided reasonable value for the work done. Unfortunately apparently something has changed because the price I was charged this year was SUBSTANTIALLY higher than previous years.I’m just going to put it out there and say that $500 an hour for duct cleaning is too much, right?Since my previous experience was good I paid the bill (big mistake) and called a few days later to speak with the manager. After speaking with the secretary and being told during three separate calls that the manager would call to discuss the billing issue. To date I have had no response, nada, crickets, nothing.I am not happy and will no longer use this company..
