It was my first time ever going into a dispensary, I’ve been living off the grid for a decade and just came back to civilization and saw cloud nine so I wanted to try this government marijuana. I was served by the most helpful person I think I’ve ever met, Hannah was so knowledgeable and understanding, they knew exactly what I was looking for even when I didn’t. Will be coming here again!

I’m 30 years old i go to cloud 9 all the time,but i show my DL and my credit card too as a second id the girl has who has funky hair she just don’t wanted to sale i guess, she returned me, with very bad attitude.the owner should check the CCTV camera how she deal with me. Literally denied my two pice of id. for No reason.. very disappointed!

I moved to the island 6 months ago and Cloud Nine is the only dispensary that I go to since my first trip there. The pleasant and resourceful staff always make me feel welcome and help find whatever I’m looking for. My favourite staff member Moe always greets me with a smile and asks me how my day is going (even off shift when I saw her walking her puppies!) I can’t say enough good things about these people and this place. 10/10 would smoke again.

Came in to get a couple pre rolls for the week and had a great experience. The budtender who helped me out, Hannah, was super helpful and made fabulous recommendations. Her enthusiasm and bubbly personality gives this trip to the dispensary a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back!

I’ll warn you now this is not going to be a short review. I consider myself well versed and always learning when it comes to Cannabis. Having been Dx with Multiple Sclerosis in 2013. I use it to relieve some of my symptoms. Fast Forward and I’ve been lucky enough to have been a member of the V.I.C.S. before it closed. My significant other also works in the industry (Analytical Testing of Licensed Producer Cannabis). So it’s refreshing to find someone well versed in the matter and able to make informed suggestions/recommendations as I’ve had from Gabriel at the Shelbourne location! This guy knows his stuff and it shows!

Cloud Nine Cannabis (Saanich)
Came in for some flower and got a great recommendation from Hannah. I went home, sparked up and passed right out. When I woke up my house was on fire! Luckily, Hannah burst through the door and carried my family and I to safety. When first responders got to the scene, they said I wouldn't have made it out if it wasn't for Hannahs's amazing service.
