Can’t always leave a message after the out going announcement. An automated voice says (we have not yet received a response). Maybe the message system doesn’t work on weekends or after weekday Business hrs?

The receptionist at this clinic very rude,uneducated and unprofessional. There names are Alina and Sabina. They never pick up the phone calls. I had to leave 10 messages on order for them to call back.They are at the office because their number displayed when I call. I even called and left a complain on the recording regarding these two receptionist. I'm pretty sure they probably erased. I can see so many bad reviews already. I will never go to this clinic.These two should be fired asap.

Every time someone calls to make an appointment, they ask to leave a message that they are on the phone. Even though I’ve tried calling consecutively for 6 times within 10 minutes. Poor business practice.
