Cossette has been providing us (Maple Leaf Custom Homes) with roofing services for the past 7 years. We are proud to say that they are the only roofing company that we use (or need). Jobs are done efficientlywith care and clean. All this in addition to very reasonable pricing.

Cossette installed our roof last autumn (2020) and made good on some damage to our house caused by the crew during the installation. On September 8 of this year (2021), I reported that shingles have started coming away from one part of the roof. It has been pure frustration since. They have taken as many as three weeks to acknowledge or reply to emails and phone calls, and have promised on at least two occasions to come by to fix the problem later this week" yet never showed up. Work as been done on my roof in 2021. Roof has been leaking every year since then. Hopefully, roof has been under warranty, yet, they pushed 2 times to do temporary fix rather than doing the right thing. After threats of law suits, they came and did the fix as they should have at the first place.Now they say they would fix my dry walls inside the house and haven't been returning my calls for over 3 weeks. Not professional.

Super pleased to have chosen Cossette Roofing - a very professional group. Expedient quote process offered us options to meet insurance requirements. Well-presented, amiable and hard working guys tarped the shrubs/deck and cleaned up after each day. Very efficient-but-not-rushed installation of the new roof, vents and flashing. Could not be happier with our experience. Highly recommend.

We used Cossette Roofing 5 years ago to install our flat roof as well as skylights. They have always been extremely responsive to post-sale questions. We had a small issue and within 24 hours of reporting the issue, they had a technician on site. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I called Cossette Toitures and Renovations for an emergency snow removal and after saying they would come that same afternoon, they never showed up and never called to say they couldn't make it. Very bad business practice, unreliable and quoted a very high price. Bad customer service.Edit: They were extremely rude when I called back to find out what happened! Do not use this terrible company.

They did our roof previously and did an amazing job! The owner was super patient in helping me choose the color and type. More recently they came to take the snow off our roof and again we were very pleased with the service we got. Would definitely recommend!
