I have been taking my mini here for years and I never leave disappointed. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Very transparent with all work done on your vehicle. Always willing to go that extra mile which is much appreciated.

Nightmare!! We've been going for years here and were very happy. Be warned, it has changed ownership!!. Go in for an oil change and to have something else checked and $2000 and a month later I now have to take it elsewhere to finish the job. The next garage commented I don't know who did this work but I don't know how they could release a vehicle in this condition(unsafe) , plus pieces of the undercarriage are missing!!! Vcm did offer to fix but after returning it so many times in the first week because they hadn't fixed what we requested and refused to acknowledge that...there was no way we were taking it back at this point to further this horror show.I realize the month wasn't their fault because it took time for parts but when the part did come there was no urgency... And when we finally got the vehicle back our complete and utter frustration at getting something that didn't even make it home without issues left us incensed!! When we phoned the next day requesting a refund all we got was excuses and justification. The previous owner cared about customer satisfaction and was super. This guy doesn't. There is one star because I didn't know how to lost zero stars

Took my X5 here. Paid $1500 to have a smoke test done on my X5’s turbos and then several repairs to hoses for air leaks. My car was at this shop for over a month getting “fixed” My car is now at BMW in the service bay with the same issue and they say the repairs done on my turbos was a complete hack job.

Honest and quality work done at this shop. I will continue to bring my car here instead of the dealership!

Took my car here for 10 years under Mark and Tattney. I sincerely regret bringing it back after the ownership change. I'll spare the details, but just advise that you avoid this place now.

I did not know that VCM had changed hands as it had been quite a while since I had my BMW serviced at VCM. the service was excellent and the way it was explained to me was very helpful. I felt like I was in good hands. Recommended!!

These guys are absolutely incredible! They will forever be the stewards of my 1990 750il (V-12). They are hands down the best BMW service centre in town. Not only do they go the extra mile but they are also very reasonable.

This place is absolute garbage! Went in to get some major work done on my Mini, and had to constantly call and check in and manage the repair. Nothing was completed and wasted literally months of the car sitting at their garage.Like my car, Buddy at the front desk definitely wasn't firing on all cylinders and was confused at the simplest and straight forrward situations... Save your time and sanity and go to somewhere else.
