We had been having trouble with our heating lately and while my father was out for his daily walks, he noticed this company working on our neighbours house. He went and spoke with the worker who turned out to be the owner who said he could come take a look in just a few minutes, and sure enough he did. He was so kind and helpful, turns out it was of course something so silly, we hadn’t noticed the breaker switch was just turned off. But he helped us free of charge out of the kindness of his heart. We truly appreciate the help as both of my parents have been sick with cancer for the past few months and it has been hard to find time to do things to maintain the house. We still have to get the device cleaned out/maintained and will be calling this company to have that done soon. Thank you again to this kind gentleman.
