Room was cold when we arrived and our room door was wide opened when we arrived. Jacuzzi not working properly, flooded part of the room, water running down the walls and all over the floor. and into the bathroom, none of the controls worked! The breakfast was a joke, the coffee machine was broken, and the food selection was terrible! They did not even have boxes of kleenex available! The room needs a major renovation, wallpaper is peeling cracked floor tiles, gouges in their painted walls and furniture all needs to be replaced. The only good thing was the mattress! Stay away from this hotel!!!

The worst Hotel i have ever seen . I booked the room on 29 April 2023 . Paid 250$ for security. Today its June 18 2023 and still I haven’t got my security deposit back . I have contacted them several times emailed them , today again i went from Toronto to Hamilton to ask about that refund but they said they will etransfer me today evening but now again they said they are still investigating. 0 star hotel . 0 star management.

Its an ok hotel in a central location, i stayed here back when it was Days Inn and it has a new name but thats about it.Visited my friend who was here yesterday and her room was decent, not exactly sparkling clean but about what you'd expect for the price. Still better than the Budget though!Rooms are a fair size but some guests can be loud and obnoxious...not the nicest area to walk around, especially if you're from out of town.Walking distance from downtown and theres plenty of 24 hour convenience stores around, a Tim Hortons across the street...alright for the price but if you can afford it, I'd say pay the extra for a better hotel.

This is my first 1 star rating anywhere. I want you to know this could have been avoided if the management would have listened to my situation and acted accordingly.The stay was fine, nothing to write home about. You get what you pay for.The worst part is that I was charged for a late check out fee ($30), even though when I checked out on time. The issue is the staff at the counter took my keys and didn't scan them until 1pm, which constitutes a late check out. Upon investigation, the cameras were conveniently not facing our exit".I tried to resolve the situation via several phone calls and an email that was never responded to

I wouldn’t go to this hotel again if you paid me. Terrible location, no TV, look like a prison cell, ice machine broken, no breakfast available, the sink was blocked and the shower leaked from the side. The thing I hated most was the fact that they took $250 security charge of me in case I trashed the room, I will get this money back but it will take 3-4 days. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and never had to pay a security fee, you couldn’t even make $250 of damage if you tried in this tiny cold sparse room .

This is the worst service especially if you book online.They will talk about it being booked with a 3rd part though it was prepaid and you have a confirmation number and they can actually followup with booking themselves. To the worst you are supposed to take the preautorisation and charge the3rd part credit later. They made me wait fir the room for too long a precious time I will not get back.

“Great central location”I stayed at this place for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious and the rooms were also clean.I appreciated the luggage room option as well.
