The worst service I've ever had.Not only did I have to install my kennetico K5 machine alone wild paying priceThe gentleman forgot to give me 2 pieces with the machine.Upon coming back he had refused to help me in front of another customer which he had lost in turn

Always great service and we have the BEST water! We have had 3 systems installed in 3 separate homes each time we have moved, and needed different treatments each time. Tim has customized the water systems based on what we need for our water type and problems, the demand in our busy household and I can always get filters and salt quickly and with a smile from Dave your installer! Not only do we have the best tasting water but we have not had to de-scale our kettle since the team at Performance Water Systems hooked us up with a Kinetico Water Softener 4 yrs ago.
