EDIT 2021: The current UPS driver around Jean-Talon Ouest is amazing and does his job efficiently and professionally! I am increasing the rating and hope it stays this way!

The UPS Store in TMR is my go to place for all my printing needs. Adam is very talented, patient and helpful. He just recently printed large posters and banners for a family wedding, as well as my 3 previous events. He also helped design and print my invitations and thank you cards. Thank you Adam!

awful, simply awful. Every single time I have a package to be delivered and I see UPS I am gutted. Delivery guy never stops to deliver my packages for almost 10 months now !!! does not even ring the phone or doorbell and just drives straight past ''even see them do it from my balcony with my own eyes'' and does not even leave a note. Just get a message saying no one was home instead of trying. Pay for a delivery service that does not deliver and have to spent time going all the way and back from the store instead. Been brought up in person multiple times, to the store but unfortunately no progress. Although I will say the staff at the store are very good and friendly, but the driver(s) are terrible and needs to be looked at ASAP. Seen multiple complaints about the same situation.

Great store! Great service! The UPS driver never delivers to my house so I always have to come here. Mind you they are two DIFFERENT companies They give me my package really quick. Returns are really easy and I can print out quickly as well! Great workers there! Really have been helpful during this pandemic! Keep up the good work!

The UPS Store is good place. Bur UPS is terrible delivery company! I was home. The courier didn't ring the doorbell. he just left a notice. now I need to go for the parcel

I was home all day and I have proof that the courier never ring the doorbell or call anyone. He or she just left a notice.Pizza delivery drivers put in more effort than UPS! Terrible service. Do you guys hate your job or what?

this people lied about delivering my package. i don't know why they don't deliver my package and they put it in the system delivery at 17.44" . it's not the first time always like this with ups. I'm here waiting and i am working remotely. i checked with the superintendent camera's building there is no one has been showed from ups.1ZA1T871DK25906844"

I've had problems with UPS in the past but this time around was ridiculous. Not only did they fail to deliver my package twice, the second time the driver didn't even get out his truck, but they decided to cancel my order for me and return the package to sender.This specific store never picks up the phone, has no voice mail, and seem to have the worst delivery drivers of the fleet. 1 star is too high of a rating for the customer experience I've had.

They didn't deliver my package and changed the status to delivered on their website. I paid tax and duty online. I opened the door for the delivery man. He didn't bother to come inside I guess!Now I have to get there and pick up my package! A terrible ever shipping company. A total waste of my time.

Great customer service! Adam is the man when you want a shipment or printing done fast. Very reliable. The workers are always willing to help out! Best UPS Store in the area!
