Bloomex Cambridge Flowers & Gift Baskets

I paid extra so I could surprise my partner with super-sized flower bouquet.. I got a small bouquet instead. Really disappointed. I wonder how big would it be if I would order a regular bouquet.. one flower? Just ridiculous. Do not use them!!!

My mother ordered a bouquet of spring flowers for me for my birthday. Not fresh at all. I just got them today but they look like I've already had them for a couple days. Droopy flowers, older roses. Yellow leaves. Too bad. Looks like mostly all bad reviews on here!! How hard is it to seel fresh flowers?! I have flower pedals all over my table and I just received them today.

Love everything about this company! Gorgeous and unique bouquets that I honestly can't find anywhere else. Delivery is when requested and the flowers are always long lasting. I just ordered 2 more bouquets for other family members. Can't rave enough about Bloomex!

My recent experience with this florist was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. Not only were the flowers absolutely beautiful, but their tracking features allowed us to stay in the loop with the delivery process. I highly recommend this florist for all your floral needs - we will certainly be back for more!

I've ordered a few times and have always received beautiful arrangements. You flowers last for weeks and I could'nt be happier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX!! After seeing these reviews and hearing from friends experiences with this company I wish I knew in advance to warn my dad before he placed an order. My dad bought a beautiful and full looking bouquet, paid extra for fast shipping and what came in was an absolute joke. It came with a few roses (that weren't even suppose to be a part of the bouquet) and some other DEAD flowers. When my dad contacted Bloomex to complain and ask for a refund, they refused and deemed what he received as acceptable. They acknowledge a few of the dead flowers and offered some STORE CREDIT..... Unreal. We will never buy from Bloomex again and will advise everyone we know to avoid this company at all costs. Such a scam.

Hi! I recently used Bloomex for the first time and was incredibly disappointed. SO. DISAPPOINTED. RIDICULOUS DISAPPOINTED.My mom and I took an evening away together just before Mother's day because we don't live close to each other. Having just become a Mother myself, it was nice to spend my own mother's day with my mom!I had ordered flowers to where we were staying so that when we arrived, she would have beautiful flowers from me to look at. That was not what I received.The flowers were wilted. We tried to put them in water overnight to see if they would spruce up.. they were dead in the morning.I purchased replacement flowers myself because I felt so awful that my mom was departing back home without anything from me for Mother's day.I get home from our outing to see my response from Bloomex was that they can offer me a replacement (my mom had already left, and I had bought her flowers (again) in the meantime so this wasn't an option) and they will not give me a refund as it is their policy to only issue store credit or a replacement.It pains me that a Canadian company can't stand behind their service enough to offer refunds to those who provide proof that their flowers were essentially dead on arrival. This tells me the following:Your business is important... but not if it is going to affect our bottom line
