Very friendly, welcoming and helpful, from front desk staff to Randi, the Notary Public (and a couple of the lawyers who did step into into lobby while I was present and made pleasantries). Also a nice, tidy and inviting office in a convenient location. After searching for a full month, needing an affidavit witnessed and notarized from another Province, I thought I was out of luck or paying literally hundreds of dollars.The MPP's office can assist for free with Commissioners of Oathes (only valid within the same Province however and with a number of limitations) and City Hall has a Notary Public in once weekly (but is only unable to notarize anything to do with wills) but very fortunately referred me to Fleck Law, who will take non clientele without issue for a fair rate. (He had contacted firms prior to be able to refer those in need.)I failed to research Point Edward and contacted every single law firm in Sarnia, only one got back to me with insistence that I require a lawyer (I do not at this time) and wanted to charge me $360.00 (possibly more if I took up more of their time") for one notarized page and one witnessed signature on a two page affidavit
