Aga Templaars- Goik booked our trip to Africa and was very friendly and professional, doing her research and giving suggestions. With the pandemic, we had to cancel so she communicated with the tour company for us to get a refund rather than a credit, as we requested. She kept us informed along each step and everything was finalized in a timely way. I would recommend Aga and would book again with her.

Aga, at Empire Travel, is wonderful to work with! Kind, personable, and highly knowledgeable about her industry - exactly the kind of person I would trust my family travel to. It's a great comfort to know that she's always looking out for my best interest when planning a vacation, and will always have my back while I'm travelling (especially when travelling with an infant can be so complicated and hectic!).

Big shout out to Aga Tempelaars Goik at Empire Travel for helping our family of 6 arrange a trip for March Break. Having waited too long to book a trip, I knew we needed help to find a resort at the last minute. Aga was so patient with us, searching, sending options, and more options, when I kept changing our parameters. Us and many others weren't able to go on our vacations due to the virus. During that hectic, unparalleled time, she helped us navigate our cancelled vacation. She was so calm and called us a few times to provide updates, didn't just email. When we re-book, I will definately call Aga.

I would highly recommend Empire Travel. Aga is an incredible agent and provided us numerous options that fit our family needs and price point. We are not avid travelers and really stick to places that we have frequented numerous times as family vacations. We decided to change things up and do an all inclusive resort. I would have to say that Aga went above and beyond. We will definitely book with her again and if she recommends a place we will take that recommendation as she really hones in on what works best for you and your family. Thank you Aga and Empire Travel for the amazing Dominican vacation, we can't wait to book again.

Fantastic Experience with Aga! She took care of my honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We basically woke up the day of our trip to Sandals Royal Barbados got changed, locked the door and the rest was taken care of! Highly recommend Aga for any of your travel occasions.
