Candice went above and beyond when I stopped by to buy ornaments to be engraved for my family in Australia. She took pictures and sent them to me so I could see the finished product before she wrapped them. She made my shopping experience personal, easy and quick! Exceptional customer service!!!

Nothing but wonderful service from owner and staff at Caine's Jewellers. Went out of their way to deliver items to Whitecourt that I had forgotten in Rocky Mountain House over Christmas. Would highly recommend Caine's Jewellers for any future jewelllery needs.

Took my watch in for a new battery two weeks ago. They had trouble opening up the back of the watch, actually hammered it with something. I ended up leaving it to get the new battery because the people working could not open up the back of the watch. I picked it up a few days later. The watch worked for one day.I took it to a specialty watch store in Edmonton today. The person working remarked on how marked up the back of my watch was from their attempts to open it. He tested the ‘new’ battery and it was almost dead.
