Just ordered a xlarge 3 topping with whole grain crust and was blown away by the flavor! Especially with the pineapple. The distribution of toppings, cheese, and sauce are great. The staff were also very nice. Only issue would be to make sure that you order ahead of time as they do get pretty busy.

Pizzas is just ok at this location. This location On a busy Friday night one person Handel takes orders online,over the phone, walk in same person making pizza. My pizza took 35 minutes even I ordered over the phone 10 minutes before i arrived to this location. The time didn’t bothered me at all I understand that situation. But the pizza wasn’t 5 stars. I was hungry I ate it

Just ordered pizza and wings for dinner by delivery. I was busy so my wife answered the door when it showed up over an hour ago. We did debit at the door which is an extra dollar. Here's why I gave it one star. From the ordering process online it automatically adds a tip in unless you click on no. Secondly there is a 5.99 delivery charge. I left the tip on there. When the food showd up over an hour after I ordered it, the delivery person never said anything about the tip already being on. That being said. The food which isn't the greatest now cost us over 22$ to have it delivered. Be very cautious if you order online and pay debit at the door. I'm sure they did this on purpose. I for one am never ordering anything from these crooks again. That's the last time they scam me. Also I hope this stops someone else from being taken advantage of. I would have given them 0 stars if i could.

Got two medium pizza, both had a pool of liquid in the middle and when i asked the guy to put it in the oven again he flat out said no. Quality has gone down so has the service. Never going back again.

Stopped by for quick bite during lunch and had a pepperoni slice. The inside of the place is very messy and unmaintained. They might be renovating or something. The guy serving was not wearing a mask and after moving some crates off the floor, wiped his hands on his dirty apron and served me the slice. $4.50 for a small portion, and only cash. The pizza was not very good, he didnt want to warm it up because he said he just put it in the warmer but the pizza was cold... and I didnt want to go back so he doesnt handle the food anymore. The crust was a thick bread like texture with no flavour, sauce had no flavour and the cheese was oily and greasy. Looks like pizza but it does not taste like pizza.

Made an oline order for pick up instead of delivery even though I'm within walking distance but we were hungry and delivery added another 30 minutes.Got there and told them I was there for pick up order. They asked a couple times to confirm that it was an online order. Looked like they were backed up. Ended up waiting 20 minutes at the store....I put on pants for no reason!!!The pizza toppings felt like it wasn't fully cooked, more like 90%, because they rushed it so some parts felt soggy. Also parts of the pizza didn't have toppings...not huge patches but some bites were just dough and sauce.Toppings were split half half but when I selected the cheese you cannot add half half of the same cheese so I selected cheese on entire pizza and somehow that counts as an additional topping and was charged extra. This is a slight on the website/company and not this particular location.My wife and I did enjoy the thinness of the pizza. Overall I'll we'll most likely to return for their weekday specials only as we get a better experience" from Pizza Nova.****EDIT 2nd visit and update****Made an order for their day specials

Ordered a thin crust double cheese pizza yesterday and I swear it was raw, it wasn’t even thin, and the cheese wasn’t doubled. Honestly I’ve been here a couple times when there was another guy working and he was amazzzing, words don’t describe the pizzas he made, but when I went back yesterday I didn’t see him or anyone actually, after a few minutes a lady appeared. She took the order and about 15 mins later I had to eat something I wouldn’t even say was pizza. I’m not a big complainer on pizza. But this thing was trash, I would rather some dirt on the ground than ever think about ordering from there again. I took the thing and put it into the trash. And then went over to pizza pizza and ordered the same thing, for about $4 cheaper I got one of the best pizzas I’ve tasted. After eating that I just don’t understand how a place with such high hopes can just drop all standards to serve food like that. Disappointed and disgusted. Never again never again

Other reviews were right, dough recipe is not great. The crust is too thick and overall pizza had little flavour. First cheese pizza that my kids didn't like! Chilli fries were good. Ordering experience was good too. Will return to try other items but not the pizza.

The Reginos pizza is one of the best...the facility is not superclass and the order went through after I was initially disconnected ... so you have to have patience with the owner to get the order through. We pick-up a XL pizza that was delicious and the kids love it!!! Would recommend to get a good quality pizza from Reginos!!!
