My repair was as promised for time and materials. I was treated very politely and had a great experience dealing with Henry and his staff. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get their car repaired or serviced.

Have been going there for 8 years. Always busy but once you get an appointment with them they will take care of you. Once I had a problem where after fixing the problem some oil was leaking. Henry owner the issue and reopen the engine and for it fixed.Not so much with recent experience. Had to tow a friends vehicle who had his sub disabled while he was visiting from out of town. Called them up for a diagnostic appointment. Went to the shop. Waited half an hour nothing. Asked when they can check it was folded it might be tomorrow or on Monday. Said they were very busy and I should not expect anything same day. This is after I was given an appointment! When I argued they say they will try to check it later i the day.They did not call back that day. I called towards the end of day and they said they had a quick check and can confirm there is a problem and will check next day. Next day again no phone. Went to the shop and it was closed!I hope Henry is reading this and can get the same great service they provided in the past again.

long weekend friday no one would take a look at my car to tell me what i needed fixed. went here and asked if they do drop ins they had my car in the shop and fixed in under 30 minutes amazing service and staff are super knowledgable and friendly.

Henry is great, honest and quick. I would trust Henry with my wife's car or my mother's no question. Henry is the most trustworthy and honest mechanic I've been to in all of Durham.
