This location is the worst!!!! I had the absolute worst experience 3 times. The manager is rude and condescending. I wanted a little bit more tomatoes and cucumbers in my salad and she openly denied it many time and when I suggested I would pay for more ingredients she very rudely started arguing with me. When paying almost 20$ for a mediocre salad you would expect it to be full at least but she mentioned over and over again that produce is expensive and they cannot afford to give me a little bit extra. I AM APPALLED. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

This is the best Mr. Sub I have ever been.. the staff are nice and welcoming.. sandwich are very good and they give me free cookies. The place is very clean and quiet. Amrish and Binta is very good in service. Thanks to Mr. Sub. This is my first time and I have a good experience.. five stars!!

I recently had the pleasure of take out at Mr.Sub restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The staff were polite, attentive and very helpful when it came to navigating the menu.Overall, I had an excellent experience at Mr.Sub and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and high-quality meal. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding and I will definitely be returning in the future.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EVER SINCE THE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER - Amrish and Binta Patel!! VERY CHEAP AND RUDE MANAGEMENT. Do not care for customer service AT ALL. Been going there for 10 years and will not step my foot in there again. I asked for extra toppings and was willing to pay extra but they refused to serve! Change in management is needed ASAP!!! Will make sure to get this review to the head office!!

Best Mr. Sub location ever I have been to. You guys deserve 10 stars. Keep up your amazing service.Pros:1) Staffs here are respectful, friendly, patient and polite.2) Dine in is maintained neat and tidy.3) Generous toppings of meat and fresh vegetables4) Delicious complimentary cookies5) A lot more ….Cons:Trust me.. you truly can’t find any .. I bet you !!

One of the best Mr. Sub’s I’ve been to. Amrish served me two free cookies with my sandwich and drink. I would surely come again and highly recommend this location!!

Mr sub at Bathurst New Westminster,The employees here are awesome. Always does their job very well. Example, I had a reward issue, they helped me fix it in a timely manner. The food here is so good and yummy. I highly recommend this location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Been going there for years, not anymore!!!! Manager is super rude and cheap!! Amrish and Binta Patel are the new owners. when I asked for extra toppings and didn’t mind to be charged for it as I understand that it’s EXTRA, she said NO and told me to go complain to head office we have only one way to make our food and that’s it. When I came back to this place they refused to serve us and made the employee calls the owner and he said do not come in this restaurant we are not going to serve you. so Amrish and Bina Patel, I will make sure to get my complaint to the head office just like you told me to. Stay tuned

Really amazing mr. sub. Incredible customer service and you feel incredibly welcomed. Witnessed a passive aggressive customer today and the employees handled it fantastically and it’s a shame that they aren’t always treated with respect. lovely franchise and will always come back.
