I have gone a few times already, great service, price are low, and the quality is still good, especially when you think about how it is a pawn shop, which could easily give you a broken item. So far nothing a have gotten has broke. Honest and good dealing pawnshop.

Went for my first time seeing their hours as 10am-6pm. Arrived at 5:40 on a Thursday to a locked door and sign off, nothing on their Facebook. Emailed them asking what was up with that and with no response. They obviously don't care about potential customers. Don't waste your time or money here. EDIT: They responded. To this review (not the email) 2. Years. Later.

I have dealt with Stephen at Platinum Pawn a number of times for different products. I have found Steve to be responsive, honorable, flexible and excellent at communicating. The product prices have also been very fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend for doing business with and will return again as a customer.

Great place with great pricing, the guy running the place is also very nice and allowed me to test the monitor I was getting as long as I wanted. Helped me pack the stuff later too, highly recommend this place if you know what you're looking for.

Purchased a microwave which was in pristine condition however it was too big for my space. I called to see if I could return it and they did this with no issues at all. The service was spectacular they help me load the microwave in my vehicle and were prompted speedy to get me in and out of the store

I honestly recommend Platinum Pawn out of any pawn shop in HRM.Really good service, really fair prices, will buy broken gold off of you. (Also a fair price)Honestly every time I want to sell something I think of this pawn shop right away.Always 5 star service for me, super friendly and works out fair deals like I mentioned above.Highly recommend this Pawn Shop!
