Views, exercise and wildlife. There are a few washrooms along the Trail , an off leash park & basketball courts.

Have had great fun running/walking the steps up and down.You can get a great workout in 30 minutes. Stretch those legs and knees first! Run 100 steps up, walk 100, etc. Then jog down trail or steps on west side. Can be done in about 30 minutes. (I'm 60). My wife has enjoyed a shorter and slower pace at same time.
