Crystal Bath & Plumbing

So not only are they horrible at running their business but they are extremely ignorant people. I guess now they moved their hole in the wall business to lindsay once they were done burning all their bridges in scarborough. A word to the owners ....its 2023 and your horrible ways will follow u through the world wide web.

We renovated our on suite bathroom and used Google to find someone in Lindsay to come out and look at our job. We planned on doing the job ourselves and needed guidance on how to start and what the process would be like. We chose Crystal bath and placed a call and they were very fast at setting up an appointment with us. Chris came out and he was very nice and helped us with some ideas. Ann helped us to pick out a shower and bathtub to get us started. They were very patient with us as we worked through our renovation and was always there to answer the questions we had, when we were ready they came in and installed everything doing a great job. Crystal Bath has the best showroom in Lindsay and have all the supplies you would need to do your own job. Ann and Angie are very professional at helping you to pick stuff out and have years of experience with bathroom renovations. They have awesome worker's too. From the first in-home planning consultation with Ann, choosing fixtures and tiles in their beautiful showroom, through to installation with Chris and their team, they were professional, responsive and helpful.

We recently had a total bathroom renovation done by Crystal Bath. Ann was very knowledgeable and able to guide us through the planning of the reno. Chris and his team did an excellent job . They were professional and kept us informed of what they were doing. We really appreciated that they cleaned up every day when they left. We would definitely use them again. Called 3 times , spoke once, promised to send someone out that week, NEVER happened. Called back left message no call back, a gluten for punishment called a 3rd time, spoke made another promise to come out and once again NEVER happened. Extremely poor service along with disrespectful. My time is also important.

We are very happy with our bathroom renovation. Great customer service from Ann & Chris, they were very responsive and everything was completed as planned. Chris and his team were very respectful and left the house in good condition throughout the renovations. With Ann's help and their showroom, it was so easy to coordinate and pick out the fixtures, tile, etc. that we wanted. We would definitely use Crystal Bath again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
