I liked to eat here because the schwarmas are pretty tasty. Today I waited over 20mins to get my order. They didn’t really care and served everyone before me. It wasn’t until I waited that they told me their chicken for the wrap wasn’t cooked. It wasted my lunch time. I won’t take a chance and go back. The response below shows no accountability or care for the customer.

Upgraded my rating because they are starting to use more environmentally friendly packaging and recycling methods. Thank you Crispy Falafel team. I understand enviro friendly containers are more expensive, but I really appreciate it. Will visit more often. We had a tasty meal also.

This is a good little place if you are in the mood for authentic shawarmas:The Food:- Lamb shawarma Beirut style tastes just like in Jordan or Lebanon. The meat and fillings taste authentic, but their tannour flat bread was a bit dry, though still better than the regular pita bread.- The prices are reasonable.The Shop:- Clean and with plenty of seating.The Service:- Friendly, polite, and quick.I would visit this place again if I am in that area. Recommend.

Amazing. 10/10 every time. I had only ever had a chicken shawarma for years, loved it and didn't want to mess with a great thing. One night we came in 5 mins before close and they only had beef left. The best thing I've ever tasted in my life. Tried the lamb the other day and it's also phenomenal. I literally eat here every chance I get! Can't say enough great things. Quality and flavor is out of this world.

Ignore the Owner's ridiculous responses elsewhere. Loved their food for years, been coming here for years for a long time. But I must admit that occasionally, there is a really dumb staff that gifts you with the most unexpected surprises that you've never come across before. It's as if you order anything remotely custom, it's like the staff's intelligence falls to the level of baboons'. This particular genius put my chicken plate above salad and hummus instead of putting the chicken on the rice bed. Navigating through the meal felt so darn weird. This doesn't happen often tho. But it's darn weird indeed.

Some of the best Shawarma you can have in town. The Lebanese style is great. If you order the falafel or sujok and had to wait its because its made fresh. Totally worth it. The Lebanese market right next door is also a great place for some middle eastern and Lebanese snacks and groceries.

One of my favorite places to get a fast and healthy meal on the go. Wraps and plates are great, people are nice, but the party tray is not worth it. I love their lamb.

Where Did the food go? I got a wrap for the first time in years after being back in BC! Why are the wraps 1/3 of the size? You lost me as a customer! Nice to see the restaurant was upgraded when the food went down!
