North Vancouver City Hall

Absolutely the best service .Bylaw service officers are on the ball and act in rapid fashion .They are always out on patrol .Let’s give kudos where do - How about the snow removal ? So unfortunate experience !I am an Uber driver and my car had Uber sign. because of City hall took lots of street parking arias for restaurant extra seats there is lack of parking . So I parked my car in Tour bus aria ( is any Tour buses working after covid ???!!!) unfortunately I got Ticket!Today I called city hall Bylow and Christy from Bylow called me back . After I told her I wanted to dispute the ticket again I explained because of lack of the parking I parked on the aria that there is No Bus working ! She said : We are NOT responsible for delivery people…. So I asked her that please repeat because I going to record what you said , she hung up the phone on me I went to city hall and asked I want to talk to her Maneger . the woman at front door Melani waited me for long and instead of giving the manager Number she brought Christin to the front desk. She passed Frank number, I thanked and I said ; do not hung up the phone on citizens. She accused me that I was insulting and asked the City hall security guy to … when he got up towards me I came out of the city hall .I called Frank and left a message!basically as of what she said are they only responsible for restaurants ? Why not responsibility for everyone?( just to add that Frank called me back the day after , he was a nice gentleman however Christy had LIED to him and told him I insulted which I Didn’t! )

I sent an email requesting a fence be built in Moodyville Park for the bike park. I'm so impressed with how quickly the issue was addressed and resolved! You guys are really efficient and its nice to see that you take complaints/suggestions seriously. All in all it was a very positive experience! Thanks again CNV!

Have dealt with the bylaw services department twice now. Both times they were extremely helpful and efficient at dealing with issues.Getting a resident parking exemption, and correcting a parking notice issued in error.Would recommend!

Best parklets ever!

Amazing community to live. However the garbage collection is crazy. Like 5 different bins required and there are tight limits and requirements or they don’t pick up. Awesome local investment in parks and public spaces. Thank you to the mayor and his team.

Great service and very pleasant

Not a dog friendly city and almost everyone has dogs. Off leash areas should exist to toss a ball - that’s a disaster in an enclosed dog park with tons of dogs and people. As an avid weekend hiker, I still see the lack of walkable options for off leash during the week. A park with no one around should be perfectly ok - common sense.
