Slow system. From 8 AM to 4 PM and still didn't get my work done.

Very helpful personal at resolution center! Although there aren't any lines, expect to spend about an hour here, things aren't happening really fast in here, which is okay. Just make sure to allotte decent amount of time.

I wish someone could explain to me why even after 7 months, we are still waiting for grant of administration? That's not counting the almost 4 months of paper work before the request could be submitted. Of course one can not dare impose on them for some sort of explanation - they never answer anyway! Heard our paper work sat on the judges desk" waiting to ne signed for over 3 months - then it had to go back to our lawyer for some lame clarification. Now after another 3 months

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL, appalling the lack of fairness and professionalism of those who are supposed to make us accountable to uphold the law! Yet someone who misled the courts with false allegations just got away with it bcuz we were in court” four or five times already “ regarding the matter due to delays with legal aid and did not get to have a fair representation whatsoever! Just a quick “I’m satisfied their is basis…” here’s your sentence, now onto the next file like a human assembly line! No thoughts or consideration for his quick unfair decision. Conclusion is that perjury in the courts of Alberta seem to be acceptable depending on how the judge feels that day. Nice example for my teenager! Filing a complaint

While Canada, in general, and Alberta, in particular, have a wonderful Justice system, never forget three things: (1) Justice is not blind, especially to social and economic status; (2) 98% of lawyers are in it for the money and status; and (3) treat Clerks well, they have an unenviable job.

Rating the facilities and services. Facilities are great! Nice layout and design. Washrooms are readily available and in good shape. The people assisting me gave me good assistance.Place can be daunting to navigate though if you’re not familiar. Visited twice to execute a judgement against another persons

Very upsetting experience. The first time I came in to ask for a ticket reduction they closed their office well before the time the actual building closes. My second experience was even worse. The employee that calls your name before the Crown was terribly rude and ruined my entire mood. Does seem to not enjoy his job but doesn't justify his toxic behaviour.

It's a beautiful building. I really liked the extended security.

Awful service. Getting a reduction on traffic ticket has been very difficult lately. They will come up with reasons to not help you out. Cashiers are rude and miserable, they hate their job. If you get a ticket wait after 3 weeks to go there if you need reduction because it take them that long to show up at court. Try not to come in the afternoon as they close anytime after lunch if they want to and you waste your time wait in lineJust an advice from my bad experience hereGood luck people!!!

They need to hand out as many tickets as possible, so they can finance all those salaries. The justice" system isn't about justice. It's about feeding egos and taking money from the public to fund golf trips and vacations."
