We went to Willmark for our kitchen reno and worked with the showroom staff. We were in the last steps of finalizing our quote, when we asked for clairifcation of the payment terms; 50% with order, 40% upon delivery, and 10% upon substanial completion". The owner sent us an email and suggested we take our business elsewhere. WE DID!No matter how good you believe you are; how you treat people ultimately says it ALL."
