Horrible horrible floors. Scratches easily, peals and horrible customer service. Don't buy from them because you will get a very poor quality wood and will need to take them to court since they are unwilling to cooperate

Mirage Hardwood Floors
Nous avons installer du bois Mirage dans la maison de mes parents. Il y a du bois partout dans la maison incluant la cuisine. Nous avons un gros chien de 60 livres et après 5 ans le plancher a encore la même apparence que lorsqu'il est sorti de la boîte. Je recommande Mirage à tous ceux et celles qui veulent changer leur plancher.

This is what you get for 14$/sq.ft. Average quality, extremely high color variation for top dollar. 20% planks, as shown on the picture, are absolutely unacceptable, as a result of this i had to order 3 more boxes to complete the project. For this price i expected much better color consistency, minimum color/shade variation. If you can afford this kind of price, odrer a box or two, before you spend 20-30k on your floor. Store sample doesn't show much.

Mirage Hardwood Floors
We had the Mirage line maple hardwood flooring for our home, for over 11 years already, and floor still looks solid and shining. I am so glad that I chose this upgrade when I bought the new home.But, there are a few rooms that we didn't upgrade and now want to change to the same maple floor but found the local supplier here (in Oakville, Ontario) charge a premium price, likely due to its low volume sale???

This maple flooring is awful! After less than one year, it is covered with scratches. Not pet friendly at all. Our dog is less than 50 pounds and gets groomed every six weeks. I am now looking at either refinishing it or ripping it out and starting over. Complete waste on money.

This floor is not pet friendly. I do not even have mine fully installed yet and there are scratches from our dogs despite having runners along the walk path. I would not recommend if you have a dog

I highly recommend Mirage Hardwood Floors, most especially because of the people I’ve dealt with, including Sandy in Customer Service who led me to Jim McManus in Regional Sales. Jim was highly responsive and incredibly courteous. He resolved a very challenging situation for me that was not at all Mirage's fault and went the extra mile to coordinate with manufacturing and the distribution channel to resolve the situation. He made things happen when I couldn't get resolution. Wish more companies had people like him.

Piece of junk floors. Out of 2,500 sq. ft. I think every single piece is scratched. DO NOT BUY. Had these stinkin floors two years. You spend $40k on flooring and it should hold up better than this.

Mirage Hardwood Floors
No customer service! You call and leave messages and no one calls back. My installer tells me that about 40% of the materiel is defective and I can't get any response from the company. When you spend over $10k for materials, you should at least get the courtesy of a phone call.
