Excellent service. For the cost, the product is above reasonable expectations. We were able to afford over 40 computers for our local families struggling to remain connected during COVID. The team (particularly Rob) was very helpful at understanding our needs and guiding us in the correct direction. Our order arrived with 3 screens which were smaller than ordered, but we had agreed to accept some flexibility based on availability. Overall wonderful! I will order from them again, for the price, quality, and service.

We need more of BC Technologies for Learning! Love this organization for all they do. They take our pre-used computers and refurbished them. They hire young people and give them training and job experience. They give us refurbished computers for the newcomer, marginalized, and seniors families we work with at Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House!

As a teacher, our school has benefited greatly from the free and low cost equipment available from the BC Technology for Learning Society. The staff are great, friendly and helpful anytime we have had issues with hardware. Highly recommended!

I have donated my used technology equipments to the BC Technology of Learning Society and the organization has prouded me fair value for my charitable donations. I appreciate the tax receipts and allowing me to contribute to BC education system. Keep up a good job.

Recently had to put in a new lab at work on a very tight schedule. The team got equipment to my school within a week of ordering! We've ordered stuff from here for more than a decade and they've consistently supported us well.

Update: after some confusion, which might have been my own fault, Reusetech reached out to me and replaced my laptop which was under 3 month warranty. I received it today. Thank you! They do stand by their service. They made the replacement easy and painless, and updated me with their correct contact information. I highly recommend them.Original Post:I purchased a laptop from their low income program. It failed after only 6 weeks. After repeated attempts to contact them through email I couldnt get a response. They sold me substandard equipment and overcharged me for it. I wouldnt recommend this service. They dont stand by their service.

I work with older adults living in the community that have little to no access to technology and financial means. Thanks to Reuse Tech/ BC Tech I was able to connect two of my clients with computers they can use to be in touch with friends and family. Robert at ReuseTech/BC Tech was very helpful in putting together the application, communicating and updating me of the progress. I have two very happy clients thanks to ReuseTech/BCTech! It is a great program to get an affordable computer.

BC Tech Reuse has helped out our organization twice now! We're a local non-profit makerspace, and with the help of BC Tech Reuse we've been able to offer kids classes at local libraries for the past 2 years. They are a great organization and very helpful!

I never thought so many use this service. I can say first hand tat they know what they are doing over at there fine wherehouse. Even for the wait it was well worth it. I have never owned a laptop as nice as this HP Elite Book ever. I can say thank you a millon times over and still feel like I have not said it enough. You have gone above and beyond what I was expecting. For the $150. I had paid for this. I thank you again for the one millon and one time. To the writer of that on your Facebook page and your guys home page wow what a sweet and cool read that was. S0 if anyone is having second thoughts, don't just jump in do the proper paper work get approved and than sit back and enjoy your laptop when it arrives just like a brand, oops even better that a brand new one because I think some of the programs that come with this if you got outta store you'd have to pay even more for.
