This is a very safe and caring place to challenge your physical fitness while meeting others who hope to do the same.

Best gym by far. This is my first time to cross fit and I am hooked. Every one is so welcoming and the support is incredible. There is always a word, or a shout of encouragement when you think your done. This place will not only make you physically stronger it will make you mentally stronger. Annie and Ashley find that last bit of endurance left in you to finish.

This gym has it all.Great programming~but the best part is the community.If you’re uncertain about joining a gym, need to learn, while surrounded by supportive trainers and members- this is the place!

I've started my fitness journey with Andrea and she has been amazing. She has been attentive, encouraging, and very supportive. Everyone is always super smiley and happy. It is evident it is a positive and uplifting environment. I highly recommend!

Something for everyone. I have improved so much in 6 years of classes. I don't have aches and pains or movement issues anymore from years of sitting and desk work. There are groups for all ages and special events.

Excellent coaches, friendly environment, great equipment and some amazing workouts! I have been a member for a year and a half now and I can't picture myself anywhere else. I started as a total newbie with no crossfit experience and loved learning the new skills. I watched myself go from strong to strong and capable of so many skills I never thought I would be able to do, ever! The other members have become such good friends and some even family. Its the perfect environment for staying motivated and reaching your true athletic potential whatever that may be! Check it out, you won't regret it!!

I have been part of this gym for many years. The owners and coaches are knowledgable and awesome. The gym and fellow patrons are like extended family.

Came for a homeschool class and my kids absolutely loved it! The trainer was super organized and kept all the kids engaged for the entire class. Love finding local places like this!
