This was the best bra experience I’ve ever had. Chai was welcoming and friendly, but not pushy. She knows her stuff. She made me feel so comfortable and I walked out so excited about my purchase. Which normally doesn’t happen for me when bra shopping. Will definitely be back.

I have been a client of Chai’s on and off for many years now. I was thrilled to learn she was opening her own store.The store is lovely and having it all to yourself is great and makes the experience very comfortable. I really appreciated knowing that time was dedicated to me.Chai is so personable and knowledgeable. She explains why a bra is a good fit (or not as good) so you learn as you go. I’ve never had the feeling of “I can’t wait to rip this off at the end of day” with a bra she has fitted me in.

This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had when purchasing bras. Chai was so patient and really knows her stuff. She is so respectful and doesn't make things awkward even though you are standing in front of her baring all. Because it's by appointment her attention is completely on the client in front of her and making sure they have the best experience and walk out feeling confident. She also makes she that you gain more knowledge about the things to look for when purchasing a bra. I will definitely go back the next time I need to purchase a bra.

Chai was amazing! She thoughtfully listened to what I wanted and needed. Then brought out the bra that checked all the boxes and fit perfectly. What an amazing experience I had. My body by Chai hasn’t felt this good in years! My posture improved immediately in the bras she recommended, as did my self esteem. I’m a kinesiologist and rehab therapist and getting fitted by Chai for the right bra was better than dozens of gym workouts! Not only does Chai know bodies, she knows her lines ofbras and lingerie. I had an exclusive and intimate fitting and it didn’t take long because of her expertise and amazing selection of apparel. The price point was also perfect. I highly recommend making an appointment, or getting a gift certificate for that special someone. You will be so happy you did.

This was an amazing experience!! Chai is so incredibly skilled at what she does. I was wearing a baggy t-shirt and yet she somehow came out from the back room with the EXACT perfect fitting bra first try. How did she know?! In reflection, I don't think I've ever had a bra that actually fits. Don't hesitate just go, you won't regret it.

Absolutely loved my experience here.I am normally squeamish about something as intimate as bra fittings, but Chai made me instantly comfortable. The whole store was just for me; she listened to my expectations and helped me understand how a proper fit was supposed to feel like.Chai is welcoming and pleasant, but most of all - she is brilliant. I was fitted with several styles and shown how to properly adjust them in less than the hour I had booked. She just knew exactly what I needed to look and feel my best.One bra wasn't available in a colour I wanted and she made a note to contact me when it was back in stock. Also, my deposit was subtracted from my final bill automatically. I was never pressured into buying something I wasn't sure of - she even told me to NOT buy a bra as it initially felt off - so I left feeling really good about everything in my bag.Highly recommend this lovely boutique if you, like me, can't seem to fit into the regular chain store bras. You won't regret it.
