The fellas that are the foundation of this company are exceptional. They are very respectful, friendly and professional. If I ever have an issue in my building they are on it in a timely manner and always with a smile on their face. Whenever I buy my own house I know I’ll be looking for the grey, white, and red logo for “Red Sands Properties”. And so should you!

Such a kind and amazing team! Would recommend for any property management.

Do not rent from these people. They bought my “unit” when I lived there for 6 years, allowed me to live there a year before selling it and not even giving me the courtesy of letting me know it was on the market, then gave me and my small children 60 days to find a new place to live, in the middle of a housing crisis and when rent is skyrocketing, only because they knew they could get more then $800 rent out of someone else, which they did by placing it up for rent after I moved for $1700. Also, they took days to fix issues reported in the resident portal, sometimes I had to message them to find out if they’d even seen my request. May be just a “unit” to them but that was our home, but greed certainly is taking over.

The management team at Red Sands always live up to a high set of standards and they have great communication. Nothing but positive things to say about them!

I am absolutely disgusted with this property management company . My family and I recently moved into their sixth building which is located in Stratford PEI on Glen Stewart Dr. I have never seen these people clean the lobby or carpet entry ways EVER ! They rarely keep the building clean inside and outside wise and it is ROACH INFESTED. I am so hurt that I moved my family into one of their units back in June with no knowledge of this issue ! It got soo bad where all tenants had to make a complaint just to see if they’d do anything about the roach problem and thankfully they called in orkin to spray however that obviously won’t work because the entire building is infested with roaches that are the size of a dime or a pencil tip so these roaches are quite small so they can be ingested by fault plus I have a five year old so this is not a good situation to be living in with kids ! Now I have to find somewhere else to live quickly because I cannot stand this mess ! They do not take care of the building this is why the infestation happened in the first place. Also when I first moved in I had a window that wouldn’t stay up and no one has came to fix it yet!!!! They claim they have alot to do so be patient with them but it’s clear it never has anything to do with this apartment complex that they own ! I pray I never come across one of their units or complexes again they are super lackadaisical to such a hazardous environment!!!

My experience with Red Sands mgmt. has been nothing but pleasant. These guys are consummate professionals.I’m not sure what the bad reviewers are saying but remember bad reviewers are more likely to write a review and there is survivorship bias. I haven’t had a problem yet and will continue to use these guys for my future properties.Cheers.

The property I had an experience with had water damage, mould issues and a rodent infestation that I am aware of. Both minor and major issues were neglected. Renting properties like this could put your and your loved ones' health at risk. Property management seems to be able to get away with ignoring issues, but you are still required to pay rent on time. Rent also drastically increases between tenants. I think someone needs to investigate how matters are being dealt with regarding this company.

Reds sands has been one of the best companies i’ve rented from, moved myself and my family in during hard times and they were extremely accommodating to me. an amazing company run by amazing people. Highly highly recommend.

Red Sands has been a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional and polite employees and their costing is very reasonable. Highly recommend using them if you require property management services or a maintenance job.
