Thanks to Rory Hornstein and the fodmap diet I've managed to put off a resection surgery. I have gained back eight pounds of body weight! I'm back to eating a fairly normal diet. So far so good. I'm avoiding most trigger foods. Thanks for your help in figuring out what foods were trigger foods. Keep up the good work, Rory. I know that you helped me to understand how important the right diet is for people like me that suffer from this wicked Crohn's disease. Rory is a very knowledgeable Registered Dietician. I first met her 16+ yrs ago when she helped me navigate issues with gluten intolerance. More recently, she was a lifesaver for me in helping resolve a chronic GI condition that I suffered with for 2 yrs. She advised and guided me in implementing an Elemental Diet followed by a food re-introduction plan. I am well on my way to full recovery. As well as her professional expertise, her ease of communication and care for her clients is exceptional.

Rory is a very knowledgeable Registered Dietician (RD) and will customize a plan that is right for your health needs. I live with CD and she has helped me to customize my diet needs while living with strictures, an ileostomy and helped me to increase my calorie intake in a healthy way to maintain weight. She is well balanced and understanding of diet as a complimentary wholistic approach to living well with chronic disease. Above all she is passionate about what she does and cares about her clients.
