When I say I received great service, I literally mean great service! Customer Service at Falcon Auto has always been great. I have been a customer for a long time due to the trust I have developed with all of there staff members. They'll never recommend anything that's not needed on your vehicle like other places do. They will also help to get you the best prices on parts and service. Due to their great customer service, I have been able to recommend Falcon Auto to many of my friends who either have a vehicle or is in need of one. The whole team has been very caring and understanding . They truly take their time and satisfy us completely each time! Thank you to Sultan, and the entire Falcon Auto team!!

I walked into the dealership not knowing what car to choose. I came across Ali who helped me pick out a car and he helped me with all the paperwork. His service was friendly and professional. Gave me full details of options and what would be a best fit for me. He did not rush me into anything but rather took the time out and explained everything and told me to take a day or two to think over what would be the best fit. Went for a second test drive on a few cars and came to a conclusion to choose a 2018 Honda Civic Touring. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a quality used vehicle to connect with Ali.

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from falcon auto over 2 years ago. The car has been great and has never given me any headaches. Beyond that, the experience I've received from falcon auto has been exceptional - if I've had any questions, Sultan has always been available. Unlike some dealers that forget you exist after the sale is made. Moreover, I appreciate that he is quite clear on his listings that the price includes Safety/e-Test. Many others tend to slap that on, after you've found a car, you like in your budget. I do not appreciate this.The one fundamental reason for which, I was convinced to buy from here - is that I'd had a conversation with Sultan about what I was looking for in a car. I noticed a Honda Accord in his listings that I found appealing - rather than completing a quick sell, he actually discouraged me from going with that, and instead said he'd get me something that I would truly be happy in. And he definitely accomplished this ...If you are looking for a used car, just shop around and visit other dealers. And then come to falcon auto, the difference in behavior you will notice and infer is night and day. I know it was for me, and I value someone that is transparent than not. Moreover, I noticed most people were interested to just sell me something from their lot and talk as little as possible and not go into too many details on some of my questions. Outstanding service! Very happy with the purchase of our new car. We have purchased another vehicle from here over the years and it has been a great experience and that’s why we are back. Ali was extremely helpful and answered our questions with professionalism and knowledge. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Even he took the time to explain every button’s use in the car after the purchase! Really deserve their 5 stars!

I am very pleased with the service received at Falcon Auto, from the minute I walked in, to picking up my car, to after sales service. Our sales consultant, Sultan, had an excellent knowledge of Honda's product line and took the time to explain every detail and feature, and ran through all the financial scenarios. He was a gentleman at every interaction. Our business manager Edrin provided any and all financial breakdowns requested-- overall, he was extremely pleasant to work with. I felt like all the staff at Falcon Auto went the extra mile to welcome me and make me feel comfortable at every moment, rendering my experience unforgettable. Good job Falcon Auto!

amazing customer service. I’ve been looking for a car for 3 months now and have been to serval dealerships in the city and this one was far better than every other dealership I went to. Their customer service great and their cars are top quality GREAT prices I bought an Audi from them, and it was listed $9000 cheaper than the other ones in the area.Next time I buy a car it will be from falcon auto for sure. If you asked me which car model is the best to buy, for sure I‘ll choose Honda. I went to visite Falcon Auto for car Finance, the receptionist was nice and polite, and the salesman Shan was so professional and welcoming, he explained to me in details and he’s so patient, also his manger Sultan, Khalid and Ali. They’re an energetic team, they are so kind to give you advice and help to solve problems for you. The showroom decoration is also great and fresh looking. This is my second time finance a car with falcon auto, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the dealership. I had great help from Sultan and Ali who took the time to let me test drive several cars before making a final decision. Great staff, have strong values such as integrity and collaboration, and have a good relational approach towards their clientele. I also thank the financial advisor for being honest and for explaining all my questions thoroughly. Overall great service, would definitely recommend! :)

I just bought a Honda Civic Sport 2017 it was the best car buying experience, I've had so far.Falcon Auto Roxboro Pierrefonds is awesome felt no sale pressure and was there to show me different options, he went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed.There was no fuss when I asked to bring the car to my mechanic and it passed with flying colours, just a few things not even related to safety and Shan the Manager, made sure that they were taken care of when I picked up the car. Sultan in Finance worked her magic to get me a good rate wit the bank ;o)...Excellent customer service from all.Their cars are not overpriced and very reliable from what came out of my Mechanic's inspection. If you need a car, make your way down to this dealer and ask for Falcon Auto, you will be in good hands.
