They will not support their machinery, most (all?) of which is re-branded Taiwanese iron with economy line controls. If you have a Racer Machinery" CNC they do not keep documentation and you're hung out to dry if you need service. This was a deciding factor in our purchasing equipment from another re-seller.Response to "Owner": Your engineer was constantly on lunch or "in a meeting" when we inquired on numerous occasions. One of the machines we had was a relatively new manual lathe

I have contacted Racer Machinery-Ontario several times in the past to obtain information and technical advise for purchasing a used SM lathe. Although there was no financial benefit for Racer, I received prompt responses, advice on purchasing a used lathe and even remote diagnosis of a buying opportunity.
