Osman & Moe are excellent to deal with, they are honest, friendly, and fair!I have been taking my wife's 09 Rabbit here for two years and the service has always been top notch.A few months back I purchased an 08 Audi A3 and they were very helpful in getting me a safety and completing some small service items.One large factor in me looking into VW/Audi as my next car was because I knew I could take it to a shop I trust.

This place is fantastic, I wish I would l have found them sooner. Their fees are more than fair and they are very honest. I would not trust my Audi with anyone else. Their knowledge is superior to that of the dealer who sells these cars! The money I saved on my new water pump was over $300.00. They really do know Audi and VW vehicles!

We have been bringing our VWs to Wellborn Auto since we purchased our vehicles. Osmond has been there for us many times even with short notice he helps us out. Can’t thank him and his team enough for always figuring out the car repair needed and it’s always exactly right! It’s always tough to diagnose every issue, but they are pros at what they do. Osmond, you are so kind and helpful. It’s hard to find good customer service like that these days. So, anyone with a VW, bring to Osmond. You won’t regret it!!

I usually don't trust anybody with my car, but with Wellborn I know my car is in safe and caring hands.This specialist shop has extraordinary superior knowledgeable of Vw's and their counter parts.They're always willing to help me solve any problem on my car, and more then happy listening to me ramble on about my car.They always take exstrem care when looking over anyones vehicle and take their time to explain the problem to the customer in a way one can understand.These guy's have alot of patience and always wanting to help anyone that comes threw them doors.Highly recommended!
