If there is a option to give no star i would take that . All of the receptionist is totally unprofessional, zero time management skill. This morning I try to call them from 9:02 am. Ph was not picking and finally pick says please hold . 5 minutes after waiting they back and I asked to book my appointment with my family doctor and they said he is booked for the day . My doctor is booked with 43 patients within 6/7 minutes for the day. Each patient they took 30 sec to book :) Says . Simple math for 30 sec* 43 patient = 22 min . Then how they booked by 9:07/9:08 am .It’s not the first time it’s happened every single time you want to book appointment.I only like my family doctor that’s the red is going there. This clinic’s administration and the receptionist is not good . Very very bad .

If I could give 0 stars I would because they literally hang up on you when you try to call for an appointment. Also they don’t even have a doctor in emergency half the time.

I do not want to give even one star, very poor service. I choose my family doctor there, doctor Saini, she very nice doctor but unfortunately very poor front desk service. I am trying from the last 3 days to book an appointment for my baby girl but still nobody is picking my call it’s going to voice message again and again. I tried around 50 times in the last 3 days. I totally fed up with your system.

My family doctor, Dr. Randy Zettle, is by far the kindest & warmest doctor I've ever met. He’s always taken his time answering questions and is quite thorough in his explanations. A doctor should always make you feel seen, listened, and cared for, and he has a way of doing just that. He has taken great care of me, and I certainly suggest him to anyone.

Ridiculous. When you call on weekdays to make appointment with Dr Sequeira you are told to call on Sunday at 9:00 am as he is in walk in clinic. You call at that time answered after many attempts takes you in circles. Says to press 0 for receptionist and when you do it says to leave a message will call in 24 hrs. Never heard of no appointments available for the whole year when it's the beginning of the year. Unable to download recording

You guys really need to make an active effort on improving your service. Look at all the reviews, (including this one). I was supposed to get a requisition for a small surgery on my knee that's been causing me pain and disrupting my sleep, and no one from the office has called to set up my app since my family doctor said he would set it up. Its impossible to even see my family doctor I feel unless i get lucky.. I've been going to this clinic since I was small but now that I'm older I'm realizing I may need to start looking elsewhere.

If you believe you will come with solid pain at 6 pm, somebody will see you, you are wrong.I came to see a chiropractor; the office was open until 8 pm; I barely walked; no line and it was empty. I wasn't accepted. I begged for help. I was suggested to make an appointment because the doctor is busy.How they survived in this business?

Unfortunately there is not an option for 0 stars. I’ve been going too this clinic since Dr. Veenstra was here. Unfortunately it has gone from bad to worse. The receptionist all need to be replaced they are nothing like the ones that used to be there. They are unprofessional and simply cannot do the bare minimum required for the job. Today I called for 20 minutes and not once was I able to get through to them. I’ve purposely sat in my car and called to see if they would answer and walked inside only to see them all sitting around and having personal conversations, answering the phone and telling patients to hold while they are sitting doing nothing! This is ridiculous ! For this main reason I’m looking elsewhere for a family doctor.

This is the worst I called yesterday to make an appt with Dr. Han, the girl I spoke to said I have to call at 9 am to book an appointment and when I called they send me straight to voicemail the front desk girls are completely useless why tell me to book the day off and don’t even answer the phone and they don’t let you book in advance their playing with people’s health but they don’t care cause they’re getting paid to do nothing
