Do not purchase crystal aquatic systems from this company. They take no ownership when the part no longer works and advise you that they have nothing to do with warranty on any brand of merchandise in their store. You are then left to try to track down the company which is in Australia and does not return emails or phone calls.

Not a discount if you value your time. Not a good value.Purchased new water bags to close the pool today and 25pct of them leak. Obviously selling inferior products. Looking at reviews I am not the first one with a leak on a new product. Now faced with wasting more time driving around to collect some proper products.

I ordered a pool vacuum from this company and it was delivered to the wrong address. I know that I entered the correct address as my personal information automatically populates when I enter my email address (which was correct). The company is not taking any ownership for the error and has done absolutely nothing to assist. They are charging me full price for an item that I didn't receive. Their customer service is terrible an I consider this to be a fraudulent act on their part. Be aware!!!

Great selection. However, the prices are ridiculous. Seriously, if you are after something specific, go elsewhere.We are opening our pool and needed a new weir for the overflow, some algaecide, and a pressure gauge. At Discounter’s, the weir was priced at $66, the algaecide at $49, and the pressure gauge at $12. My wife convinced me the prices were high, and we went to another local pool store where the weir was $33, and the algaecide $35. They were sold out of pressure gauges, so we went to a local hardware store where it was $6.So what would have cost me $127 plus taxes was able to be purchased for $74 plus taxes. A savings of $50 indicates their prices are way out of whack. Go elsewhere for supplies and replacement parts.

The team at this store knew how to make me feel comfortable with doing chemicals for my first pool. Elisha even patiently wrote out the steps so I could feel more confident in learning a new system. They are very helpful and caring. Great team!

Placed an order online over a 1 month ago with no information of what was going on with it from Discounter's pool so I placed a pretty bad review, now I've changed to 4 star thanks to Dylan, he briefly after called me and explained how the online orders aren't related to this location but he still got everything sorted out for me. Obviously I cant give a 5 star because of this company's policy of taking your money and not letting you know how long it's going to be until you receive your items. But the costumer service of this location seems to be great

This store has a great selection and competitive prices. Best of all is their knowledgeable staff who take their time to resolve the issues you’re having. Last year I had the pleasure of being assisted by Maryam several times and this year Michael has been very helpful and courteous. They are not close to my home, but the professional staff is worth the drive.

He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and was able to quickly and efficiently assemble my order which I picked up just 30 minutes later.I have no hesitation in recommending the North York location of DPSW for your pool and spa needs.

The part was missing O-rings critical to its operation. No return communication (other than 2 automated emails) more than a week after leaving feedback via the link they sent. Review pointing out the missing O-rings was not posted. No solution to the issue proposed.
