When I ask for extra bacon, I get no bacon. When I ask for extra sauce, I get no sauce at all. Once asked for an iced coffee without sugar and it only tasted like sugar. Please do better.

I used to receive great service at Tim hotons. However in this branch I received very poor customer service. It felt They will make you feel very uncomfortable if you're not native French/English speaker

I've been going here for roughly 5 years, and I've put off writing a review. The one thing that bugs me relentlessly, is being given something that I didn't order, or a half-done order AFTER I paid for something else. Today I got less than a half portion of the fries, 9, in the big red container. And I asked for the new Roast beef sandwich, which I've ordered a few times already, to get something completely different and not worth the price I paid. Sometimes I understand, but please let me know before I pay for a meal that you don't have something? This is not a 10$ worthy meal, barely 5$.

I'm a bilingual anglophone living in a predominantly anglophone town. As such, I appreciate someone working in the service industry who makes an effort to speak English.. Absolutely NONE made at Tim Horton's on Queen Street in Lennoxville today. In fact, there was an obvious refusal to even try. It's the first time this has happened. I ordered in French which is what I end up doing at any rate. Just like to see who is making an effort". It's not much to ask."

Waited and waited for a coffee at the window for two minutes ( the coffee was a large 3cream and 2 sugar) got tired and left with no coffee. Went to the one on top of the hill threw the drive threw under a minute and I was out of there. Awesome! Not going to the other. Better service on top of the hill. Corner of college and belvedere.

They can be a bit slow sometimes. The trash bin is most often filled and garbage scatered everywhere. Not very well managed to say the least
