Not a huge fan of this location. To start, the staff are super friendly, curtious and kind. The location seems to have inconsistent hours and has been closed at times when it should be open. Line ups and waits can be unpredictable and long. Also not a fan of paying $1.00 more for non-dairy option.

I ordered a matcha lemonade, my go to drink. I saw her make the drink with 95% water and a splash of lemonade. When I got it I tried it thinking “maybe that’s just the way it’s made” but it was in fact not. It just tasted like water and matcha. I told her this isn’t it, I watched her remake it without any water. I don’t know if making the drink with water instead of lemonade and hoping I wouldn’t notice was on purpose or an honest mistake.

All the girls working were super nice. Kind of a busy location, waited a little longer then I'm use too. They have a lot of posters up of 'up and coming' drinks. But hello I want to see pictures of what you have available now. Was tricky . The young lady up front kind of created a drink for me based off a drink I wanted, that was pictured.

I haven’t had Starbucks coffee since before the lockdown. I ordered a cinnamon almond milk latte and egg bites. We also needed some beans for our coffee machine so I ordered a pound of coffee beans and a brewed coffee. It all arrived hot and fresh. The packaging was eco friendly and everything was neatly in its place.

I had a great experience here. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. This location seems to be popular and always busy, so all the tables are usually preoccupied, but theres extra seating in the Sheraton Hotel lobby.

The staff are polite and the service is relatively quick, but they don’t honour any Starbucks rewards (like the birthday program) and are regularly out of items, even when they’re displayed in the case.

If I can give 0 stars I will definitely do that.Worst customer service ever.The employee working over there was so rood to me .It was my first time in that Starbucks and I got worst service ever.please take some action it will be good from now on I will not come there and I will not also refer anyone to come there.She was in so hurry to take orders and my double chocolate chip frap with espresso was not good.
