This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. We hired ASB to address some asbestos tape in our heat ducts. They used a spray on product called Fiber Set. They got this bright blue, sticky product all over our floors and walls in two rooms of our house which took me hours to clean up. When I reported this to ASB, they offered to not charge us for the job which I thought was appropriate. However, we still needed the remediation report. After following up numerous times via text and voicemail with no response, I finally tried calling from my wife’s phone. Michael from ASB picked up, I politely explained why I was calling, and he hung up on me. Absolutely terrible. Never hire these people!

I needed to test several areas in our old house for asbestos before I started working on the walls. Michael was very responsive. His associate and he were very efficient when they came for the assessment and the sample collection. They left the place neat.
