Amazing prompt service. Helped with a leak that actually wasn't a leak luckily, and rushed to our rescue same day to remove and reinstall a humidifier. Very impressed and highly recommend.

We had a plugged drain line in our office. I called Van Dyck Plumbing and they responded within a couple of hours. The guys where friendly, professional, and made sure to clean up before they left. Five star service for sure!

Called to repair furnace of old lady in winter. Another company attended and diagnosed the issue as the gas valve. Van Dyck unable to respond that day but were given info on the gas valve over the phone the next day. replaced the gas valve and ignitor the following day. Only had used valve available. Problem not solved. Returned the next day and replaced circuit board, problem fixed. Charged very high prices for parts but were open to discussion and ultimately reduced the bill to a fair cost. They do good work but I would recommend getting a firm quote on parts before using them in the future.

Just had them fix our furnace. I called four other places to get quotes and schedule appointment. Some had cheaper cost to come look at it but would not give hourly rate over the phone. These guys were the only ones on the phone that recommend a clean out. They also came the same day. The only issue was dust. Knowledgeable staff and explained everything. Also checked the water heater at no additional cost. Recommend for sure.

This company was great! Mel asked the right questions to make sure my appointment was on time. They got the parts and returned in the same day! Also they gave me info on the humidifier and hot water tank just for my awareness ! My furnace is working great! You’re lucky if you get Ken as your repair guy!

We have only ever used Sean (hope I got that spelling correct) and Mo for plumbing, but we swear by them and will continue to do so. They're fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I honestly can't imagine calling anyone else in Airdrie. They go out of their way to explain the charges, and they always seem fair to me. My wife and I have had to call three or four times just in the past couple of months, and we've been happy every time.
