From start to finish, every aspect of our experience buying a brand new XC40 Recharge from the team at Volvo Kelowna was excellent! Our salesperson James Mugwe was top notch. He was very attentive, and went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were happy with our vehicle, and that the entire process of our trade-in and sale went smoothly. From our very first phone call, the whole experience was very low-pressure, respectful, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically James as a salesperson.

We brought our Volvo in for a brake issue they replace them. Great! Then I made it five minutes off of the lot and my power steering wasn’t working so the guy at the parts department desk was great had somebody come out and meet me and give me a loaner car and they took our car away but they’re now charging us nearly 3 grand to fix the power steering that wasn’t broken before we gave it to them. They are claiming it was just a fluke chance but how I see it is they don’t want us to be return customers because something that wasn’t an issue until the car was in their possession we now have to find the money to pay for. Doesn’t bode well for a couple he’s looking to upgrade their car in the next little bit doesn’t make me want to use them anymore. Even if it was a fluke it wasn’t an issue until the car was in their possession for a day and now I have to find money to pay to fix something that wasn’t broken before.

Nathan Samaddar is the best service advisor.He knew what caused me to visit the service center and did his best to solve it. Also, I got feedback for the first time about my question. For years they have not given me an answer to the questions I have asked. I said I would give you an answer, but I never received an answer.I buy a car, but at the same time I expect quality of service when there is a problem. So far they have disappointed me but made me feel he is being served for the first time.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication regarding my service was A1. Will definitely continue taking my C30 in for service at Volvo.

This isn't a dealership you want to get your Volvo serviced! My mother took her car in to have the passenger side mirror serviced in August 2022. She was told a whole new mirror had to be ordered with a cost of over $1,000. 6 weeks had gone by and she had not heard from Volvo . She called to find out from Mike that Shone was no longer working there and the mirror was never ordered. She was extremely disappointed, Mike ordered the mirror with a cost of $604.83 ( labor not included ) and assured my mother would be taken care of. The mirror arrived within a couple of weeks and an appointment was scheduled. When my mother picked up her vehicle she was billed $725.80 for the mirror not the quoted price she was given. She's now more upset thinking Volvo has taken advantage of her. She asked me to investigate this on her behalf. I called Volvo service to speak to Mike only to find out Mike doesn't work there anymore either. I spoke to Layne and explained the situation of my mothers concern. Layne said he was new and would look into it with his manager and call me back within two days. It's now been a week with no response. After calling a second time I received a call back from Layne only to find out nothing has been done. I requested that the service manager give me a call to address my mothers concern, if not my mother will have to call the BC Consumer Protection act. Volvo Kelowna is unreliable.Scott from Volvo called me back to resolve the service charge dispute and Volvo has refunded my mother the appropriate amount. Thank you.

My XC60 did not let me down! Pulled into my driveway and it shut down and would not start. Called Volvo and had my car towed in that day. Nathan was amazing! Contacted me as soon as the diagnostic was done. Advised me of the required repairs and the lead time to get the parts. Timelines were met, final cost was the amount quoted. I picked my newly cleaned car up and I am very happy with all aspects of the service. Thanks again Nathan!

Great experience at Volvo Kelowna - they were very friendly and ensured my XC90 was serviced safely and in a cost effective way. I appreciated them moving the service along quickly in light of me having to pick up my daughter from daycare by a deadline! And always checking the warranties. I had an electrical issue with my 2014 XC70 and the local shop near where I live waaay up north couldn't figure it out. Shaun and the service team at Volvo Cars Kelowna were great to deal with from a distance and once I got the car down to them they had me back up and running the same day. Even discovered after the fix that my car had heated mirrors I didn't even know it had! Great service all around. Thanks guys!

My 2001 v70 has the service engine" on the dash and the service department told me the car was too old and they couldn't do anything."

Not one to write reviews but I would recommend not doing business with this dealership.I sent a general email to this dealership to the finance manager Kristin Ferguson over one and two months ago. I recently moved here from Vancouver looking for a Electric SUV. Contacted Volvo and Land Rover. Did not receive an email back I waited two weeks and decided to call and speak with her or the general manager Robert Heard they put transferred me her , she answered but was not really interested in speaking with me she said she would call me back never did. I then called to speak with the general manager apparently he was to busy to speak left my phone number but he never called back.I got a terrible taste in my mouth and ended up purchasing a BMW IX from Kelowna BMW. I would highly recommend them.Long story short service is everything to me I wanted to create a relationship with who ever I purchased from, especially being new to Kelowna . I am not interested in hearing from this dealership I just wanted to let others know.ThxKendrick
