Vacuums that have motors fail repeatedly. I have been through 2 motors in the last 3 months. I had to travel to a service center to have the vacuum repaired and they told me that because it is customer induced damaged it would not be covered under warranty.The service center told me that I used the vacuum in a way it was not designed for and that is why the motor failed.I do not know what that means - I use the vacuum to clean. How else can the vacuum be used incorrectly?Get another brand - Rigid seems to have a good shop vac and available at home depot.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Dan and his team had helped me find a replacement part and even sent it to me at no cost.I contacted customer service to buy a new tank as mine had issues. Dan was able to ship one out to me at no cost which was very helpful.Given this Covid-19 pandemic, I had expected to wait about 8 weeks to get my tank. Shop Vac again exceeded my expectations and got the tank to me in under a month!I am more than pleased with the quality of my Shop Vac vacuums and never had an issue with them. Now I know that the customer service from Shop Vac is just as good!Will only consider Shop Vac systems and parts for my future residential and commercial needs!.

Do not buy . Usless warranty Motor burned out and no response from anyone on how to get it fixed under warranty .

The main shipper has zero customer service skills and needs to learn how to talk to people with respect

I called into the service department because a section of my vacuum had broken. The gentleman simply asked for the model number for us to figure out the part number, then asked for my address. The part was then shipped to me free of charge. I have to admit, I was really taken aback and beyond happy with the experience. That’s incredible customer service!

This company needs to work on their customer skills. They are rude and offensive.

Is this company going out of business or what? Their website has been down for weeks... , and if you call their offices, you cannot get a hold of anyone since their voice mail boxes are consistently full.I wanted to buy one of their vacuums but because their website is down I couldn't order it on line as i have done in the past. So, after several attempts to contact them i was able to finally speak with someone that instead of taking my order, just re-directed me to their dealers like Home Hardware. However, these guys only want to sell the vacuums that they currently have in inventory; they don't even want to order a different model unless i provide them with the model reference number and pay it in full in advance. How can I find and provide a reference number of the model i want if Shop-Vac website is down???This is a joke!!! and it's a shame because their vacuums are great!
