I lived at 645 Sherrington for 3 years while at Lakehead U.My first year was just fine. The building manager at the time, Deb, was wonderful and genuinely cared about the residents and took concerns seriously.The second and third years, Deb moved to a different Skyline property, and a new manager took over. What an absolute nightmare. The building noticeably declined in quality and upkeep seemingly overnight.Complaints were ignored (and often times rude and/or malicious responses were provided), roaches became a problem (though this was taken care of in 2021, and did not comeback during my time at the residence), and general upkeep declined.I hope things have improved.

Well lite, large bedroom clean apartments.

So far no updated to my complaints. Customer service of this company is unprofessional. This company does not perform maintenance as required.Shame on the incompetent manager David SagarI will not recommend the East wing of 3rd floor in this building (625 Beverly Street).1. HVAC system of this building does not work well. Oven range fans have a lot of back draft from the apartments below. All the exhaust gases from apartments below enters the apartments at 3rd floor through oven range fan.2. Laundry room is always filled with humidity. After informing management the ramification was to leave the door open which spread humidity into the hallway. Result of that was, hallway became a Sauna and started to stink. A fake certificate is posted in laundry room that states the HVAC system is checked and approved but funny thing is the fan installed in same room as the certificate doesn’t work. Residents have marked up the certificate with suggestions.3. Parking lot is dark as compared to the other buildings around it. Two out of two light in parking lot do not work.Property Manager - Thunder Bay Region (of year 2022) behaves in very unprofessional way. Back draft issue was brought to his attention via building managers as well as my self via emails (record available). He did not respond to any of my emails for months and the moment I mentioned posting a review and escalating issue to the head office. Response came back in 1 hour. He promised to provide a different range fan and I offered to install it my self. After that he stopped responding to follow up emails. Again after a month i said the same thing of posting online and escalating issue to to head office. He had guts to respond in an hour or so with fake promise to provide a fan in 1 week. So far it’s more than 4 weeks and fan hasn’t showed up.
