Desert Planters by Equinox Industries

We ordered 7 large planters from this company in August, 2022. As we live on the 6th floor of an apartment, we paid for delivery of the planters into our apartment. This arrangement was clearly made between ourselves and Desert Planters. We are seniors and did not want to transport them to our apartment. When the carrier arrived, it deposited the pallet with the containers on the driveway to our apartment and refused to bring them up to our suite. It took us 2 hours to unwrap the planters and transport them into the building, up the elevator and into our suite. We then had to dispose of the pallet.We contacted Desert Planters afterwards and have not received a satisfactory response.While the planters are as we agreed, the transport arrangements were not. This example of very poor service would certainly prevent us from dealing with them again.
