Saw Gary Vardy for physiotherapy. Great guy, will take his time treating you, won't rush you out . Front desk staff are also fantastic.

Nicole is the best! Ben at the front desk is very helpful. Great place to go if you need physio. Direct bill too.

Getting Physiotherapy from a car accident, the therapist had no time to spend with you, he was bouncing from client to client, leaving me for almost the full hour. Not satisfied!

I suffered a concussion due to a workplace injury and I was directed by Worker's Compensation to CBI on Lacewood Drive in Halifax.The staff member most commonly found at the front desk has zero customer service skills. She's always muttering under her mask, huffing and puffing, and complaining about their computer system. She offers no regard to the importance of providing positive or friendly interactions to their patients.I felt like more of a cash grab to my physiotherapist than a respected patient. I was expected to have anywhere from 2 - 5 physio appointments weekly, and I spent more time on a table alone with electrodes stuck to me (that did nothing for me) than I spent receiving meaningful care from my practitioner. Despite repeated complaints about neck and shoulder pain, he didn't refer me to massage until 4 weeks into my treatment. My feeling was that he wanted all of my then 4 - 5 weekly appointments to be booked with him and him alone. I should have been referred to massage immediately. Again, a distinct feeling of a cash grab.Their occupational therapist is lovely, however all of my appointments with her proved to be useless. With the exception of my assessment, and despite suffering from intense light and sound sensitivities due to my concussion, she did nothing but talk 'at' me for anywhere from 30min-60min each appointment. Appointments with her were gruelling and provided me with nothing beyond a 10 minute tutorial on deep breathing. I finally had to speak up and discontinue my appointments with her.Their psychologist is amazing.My massage therapist is lovely however appointment bookings with her were a gong show. Patients are booked back-to-back with no time between patients. This means someone is either always losing time on the table, or they're kept late to make up for a late start to their appointment. I discussed this with the RMT, admin staff and my physiotherapist. Each person blamed the next person and no solutions were presented.I left two messages for the office manager / person in charge of scheduling to discuss my concerns with my massage appointments and she didn't even return my call. After almost 5 months of attending anywhere from 2 - 5 appointments weekly at this clinic, I'm now in the process of relocating my files to LifeMark on Bayer's Road in hopes of a significantly better experience.

Very friendly staff! My physiotherapist made me feel comfortable and helped my injury heal.
